Main Terms and Conditions of Sale
Placing an order does not form a legally binding contract. A contract is formed between you, the customer, and us, Darlington Alarm Centre, when we receive and accept your order.
Goods will only be despatched on receipt of full payment for the goods ordered which may include an amount for delivery.
Refunds will only be made if goods have manufacturing defects. A deduction for delivery costs will be made from any amount refunded. Before returning defective items you must contact Darlington Alarm Centre for return approval.
If incorrect products or sizes are ordered, replacement may be made subject to additional charges for the product, postage and packing, delivery and administration.
If an item is not in stock or no longer available, Darlington Alarm Centre's only liability will be to refund any payment made.
Any dispute between Darlington Alarm Centre and the customer will be dealt with under English law.
